An Android project manager built around one idea: any project can be broken into smaller pieces until each piece is a single step you can finish. Every project is a tree, and progress is never typed in by hand: it is calculated from the steps underneath, so a project's progress bar moves the moment a step anywhere inside it is ticked off. Everything runs on the device, with no account, no server and no sync; data lives in a local SQLite database.
· What shipped
Nested breakdown with a customizable level chain per project: Project, Version, Update, Feature, Phase, Cycle, Task and Step by default, renamed, recolored or extended per project
Automatic progress roll-up: a blocked step flags its whole branch, and a branch counts as done only when every step in it is done
Drag to reorder, move a whole branch to a new parent, and reuse templates saved from any branch at any depth
Archive for finished projects, a trash that keeps deleted work restorable for 30 days, search across the whole tree with each result's path, and JSON export and import
MVVM with a repository layer: screens never touch storage, which let the app move from AsyncStorage to SQLite with a one-time migration and no data loss
Guarded schema migrations, with a test that reads the SQL source and fails if a new column ships without one; it would have caught a real bug that crashed the templates screen on older installs
Stats from an append-only event log, counted once per item per day, so ticking a step on and off doesn't inflate them
Jest unit tests across the tree logic, the trash lifecycle and the stats
